Q: As a professional, you get to let more of your personal style be reflected in your ballet attire—in three words, how would you describe your style?
A: Comfortable, elegant, & simple.
Q: What's your favorite warm up or leotard that brings you joy?
A: My blue Rubiawear leg warmers. The blue color brings me joy in addition to keeping my legs warm at the beginning of class.
Q: What are the top five things in your dance bag?
My blue lacrosse ball - to roll out all my muscles
Circular thera-band - for cross-training exercises
Regular thera-band - to strengthen my feet
Warmup vest - to keep my upper body warm on the colder days
Bloch booties - to keep my feet warm before class begins
Q: What is one piece of dance wear or accessory you can't live without?
A: Probably my long black wrap skirt. I wear it pretty much every day and for almost all rehearsals.
