Q. Where will you be coming to Ballet 5:8 from?

A. My home is in Colorado Springs, CO.

Q. What attracted you to Ballet 5:8?

A. Ballet 5:8's vision and mission statements attracted me to this company. The desire to be "one of the foremost professional dance companies in the world" implies a standard of excellence and proper attention to work that should be at the core of every Christian's activities. To "engage communities...in conversation of life and faith..." expresses the relational aspect of our craft, that we are not simply in this for our own gain, and there is a unique call to bless and love those we serve.

Q. What is something you enjoy about Chicago or think you'll enjoy about Chicago?

A. I enjoy the cultural and ethnic diversity found in the Chicago area.

Q. What are you most looking forward to about the coming performance season?

A. I'm looking forward to learning new choreographic works, and the sense of community developed among a cast of performers.
