You’re Invited to an outdoor dance experience!
This fall, catch Ballet 5:8 outside with a performance series specifically formatted for the outdoors. You’ll be able to maintain social distance and Illinois Reopening Phase guidelines while experiencing the power and inspiration of Ballet 5:8.

Experience innovative storytelling and breathtaking dance OUTSIDE this fall through Ballet 5:8’s Outdoor Performance Series. Performances designed for all ages feature brand new works by Artistic Director Julianna Rubio Slager including Mo(u)rning, Mercy, and The Rough-Face Girl.
Performance Information
This is a free performance open to the public. All ages welcome!
Please bring your own lawn chair or blanket; seating is not provided. As this is an outdoor performance, please dress accordingly for the weather. All guests (or household groups) will be asked to sit at least 6 feet from other guests during the performance. Please wear a mask in situations when social distancing is not possible.

The performance will be held by the lake, a short walk north from parking at the Ballet 5:8 studio. Staff will be present to direct foot traffic to the performance location from parking at the Ballet 5:8 studio.
