Get Connected and Join the Team
The Launch Team is like the cheerleading squad of Ballet 5:8. Enthusiastic people from each community we visit who help to spread the word about the show, provide meals, help our staff run the front of house during the performance, and more. They are the “boots on the ground” if you will and to say thank you launch team members get:
Two to four free tickets to the performance
A special thank you gift for joining the team
Inclusion on emails where we’ll strategize and share ideas about spreading the word in your city

Volunteer for just a few hours on the day of our performance and share your love for Ballet 5:8.!
The commitment is low, just arrive to the theatre 1.5h before our show for some training then help out before the performance and during intermission. You still get to enjoy the entire performance and talkback
Front of House team members receive two free tickets, one for themselves and a friend.

For those who want to contribute in a more significant way, the hospitality is Ballet 5:8’s support system on tour.
Through providing meals the hospitality team provides for crucial needs that keep touring possible and brings innovative storytelling and breathtaking dance to life. You don’t have to do it alone, pair up with a friend or team up with your church small group to provide a nourishing meal for our 25 dancers and staff.
Hospitality team members receive four free tickets so you and your family can enjoy the show.

For those who want to contribute in a more significant way, the hospitality team is Ballet 5:8’s support system on tour.
Helping Ballet 5:8 is as simple as lending us your spare bedroom or an AirBnB for a weekend. In total we have to house 25 dancers and staff every tour so the more connections the better.
Hospitality team members receive four free tickets so you and your family can enjoy the show.

We will send you 5-10 posters to hang up around town at your favorite coffee shops, local businesses, and churches.
