We believe that good art makes us feel seen and helps us process our own inner world. That art is made possible by the artists who brave a pathway into the unspoken chambers of human existence and return with arms full of wisdom to share.

The art form of ballet demands a full-time commitment. The graceful lines and breathtaking movement are made possible by the hours of time both in and out of the studios. This time and space is made possible through the generous support of donors who see this as a real job and want to be part of creating jobs for artists.
When you give to Ballet 5:8, your support goes to providing salaries to our phenomenal artists. You make it possible for them to bring hope, inspiration, and joy to the stage over and over again. Matching Funds

Donating Stock
Donating stock directly to a nonprofit, like Ballet 5:8, can increase the amount of money received by the organization while reducing tax burden for the donor. When you donate appreciated securities, some individuals/households may be able to take advantage of IRS tax provisions to claim a charitable tax deduction for the full, fair market value of the securities. Another benefit of donating your stocks directly to a nonprofit is that the organization can receive a larger donation than if you donated the cash from the sale of those stocks.
