Develop a Love for Dance
The Ballet 5:8 School of the Arts Children’s Division is designed to give young students a constructive and Christ-centered space for exploring expression through movement and dance. Classes take young dancers through a series of fun exercises that teach concepts including rhythm, coordination, musicality, spacial concepts, basic ballet steps and positions, and ballet class etiquette. Most importantly, students are introduced to using movement as worship in a fun, encouraging environment. Students are placed in levels according to age, and each level is tailored to students’ maturity and ability.
